Job Type: Full-Time
Remuneration: TSN 4
Duties and Responsibilities
- Sell advertisement space
- Direct and attend to customers
- Prepare periodic sales reports
- Collect advertisement revenue
- Develop individual objectives/targets and performance standards in consultation with the Head of Section
- Appoint newspaper agents and identify additional distribution and selling points
- Collect sales proceeds and verify returned newspapers
- Monitor newspaper delivery and report the status to Head Office daily
- Prepare weekly and monthly circulation sales reports and newspaper returns reports
- Conduct market surveillance and intelligence to assess TSN performance against competitors
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications
Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:
- Economics
- Agricultural Economics
- Marketing
- Sales
- Entrepreneurship
- Commerce
- Business Administration (majoring in Marketing, Sales, or Entrepreneurship)
- Or any equivalent qualification from recognized institutions
