Job Description

Job Title: Recruitment Officer

Job Summary:

The Recruitment Officer is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure the timely and effective placement of high-quality candidates. This role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for various roles across
the organization, while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

• Coordinate and execute full-cycle recruitment for open positions, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent (including online platforms, referrals, and networking).

• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Organize and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders.

• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.

• Prepare job offers and coordinate onboarding with HR and relevant departments.

• Maintain relationships with external recruiters, job boards, universities, and other recruitment channels.
• Monitor and report recruitment metrics (time to hire, cost per hire, candidate satisfaction, etc.).

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies during recruitment processes.

Job Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency).

Skills & Competencies:

o Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

o Strong interviewing and assessment skills.

o Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

o Ability to handle multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
