The key purpose as the RTM & Commercial Integration Manager is to ensure that the our BEES Ecosystem, KUJA KPIs, Sales Routine Scheduling and Route to market objectives are achieved by managing the RTM Analysts, and collaborating cross functionally, in accordance to set guidelines.

Ensure that RTM and BEES related processes are optimized, to oversee all job responsibilities within the team, to ensure accurate reporting using SQL or HTML or C++ and appropriate routines are put in place.

Implement a continuous improvement review and implementation for all processes within the RTM Ecosystem.

Develop and drive end to end projects around RTM such as white space mapping, geo fencing, BDR Tasks, NPD dashboard tracking and more.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • BEES Digital Communication including design and execution of in app banners and messaging in line with the “Brilliant basics” guidelines to drive usage and business strategic objectives and performance forward
  • BEEs Rewards management of program, challenge deployment, points accrual and expire to drive business objectives and digital adoption
  • Monthly reporting and calculation of sales variable compensation with timely reporting to payroll for implementation
  • Kuja Master data Maintenance and query closure: User creation, updating available data and removing DMS users that are no longer valid/feasible, DCs (facilitate new DCs rollout, driver onboarding, stock floor reporting etc.) Ensure all relevant Products (Pricing etc.) are loaded on Kuja
  • Weekly data loads for call scheduling to ensure effective routing ,Data cleaning (GPS, POCs details etc.) Management of DCs & POCs order integration in Kuja and Sale Force
  • Kuja usage reports to ensure daily stock take, order acceptance & fulfillment, driver usage & GPS compliance, combo and rewards issues, driver incentives
  • Develop reporting to indicate accurate sell in vs sell out information
  • Analytics and insights into Volume and POCs ordering & strategies to increase BEEs usage
  • Identify pain points and insights in order to give personalized attention and support
  • Task / recommendation management and performance tracking
  • Building the capability of the local teams on sustaining and understanding tools, processes and outputs
  • Actively track, analyse and interpret sales team performance across various KPIs by leveraging sales information services including weekly reporting on Sales force effectiveness, call performance, POCs per BDR, GPS compliance, and more

Key Competencies:

Commercial Performance Analysis

Analyzes relevant data sources and system outputs available in order to create meaningful dashboards that can be used to track and adjust execution for short-term results (e.g., day-to-day or monthly).

Market Execution

Understands how to synthesize relevant commercial/market information in
order to develop insights that optimize short-term (day-to-day) execution.

Sales Effectiveness

Strong understanding of sales operations team to deliver insights/analysis into resource plans and drives continuous improvement in sales force productivity through clear and simplified communication and social systems to get results.

Analytical Ability

Ability to work with large amounts of data, deriving actionable insights & creating exception reports to drive results.

Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related is preferred
  • Knowledge of coding languages, including Python, C++, SQL or PHP
  • Ability to deconstruct, then accurately repair code when troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of SAP, or similar ERP type software
  • Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including advanced Excel skills and intermediate PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to communicate information clearly and accurately, both written and verbally, to all levels of organization including complex financial information to a non-technical audience
  • Ability to collaborate and influence across functions and geographies, and Strong Leadership abilities
  • Project Management skills and experience

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years in field above or similar position
  • Has managed high level projects and presented to senior leadership
