Sales Manager / Sales Personnel (Tech savy & customer-Focused)
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable computer products and accessories.
- Drive sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Educate customers on product features, warranties, and after-sales support.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and updated with the latest promotions and tech stock.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and customer interactions.
