2. The Role: Equity Partner & Architect of Growth
This is more than a senior leadership position — it’s an invitation to co-build a company from the ground up. You will serve as the strategic counterpart to the Founder, translating Gecco’s vision into scalable growth, sound business infrastructure, and financial sustainability.
Core Responsibilities
Business & Market Strategy
- Develop and execute Gecco’s overall business strategy and go-to-market roadmap.
- Define market positioning and identify high-potential industries (HR, finance, healthcare, technology).
- Build branding, thought leadership, and client acquisition strategies.
Product & Solutions Strategy
- Lead the evolution from an advisory firm to a multi-solution provider.
- Build a product roadmap identifying in-house developments and partnership opportunities.
- Ensure solution integration and value alignment across Gecco’s portfolio.
Operational Excellence & Execution
- Establish efficient operational systems, playbooks, and workflows.
- Oversee all client engagements to ensure quality and delivery standards.
- Recruit, develop, and manage consulting and support teams.
Business Planning & Investment Strategy
- Develop Gecco’s business plans, financial models, and strategic investment roadmap.
- Identify and pursue investors, partners, and funding opportunities.
- Lead investor readiness, fundraising, and growth capital initiatives.
Team Building & Culture
- Design an organization structure for sustainable growth.
- Define key roles, recruit strategically, and shape a strong company culture.

Qualifications
We’re looking for a partner who embodies both strategic intellect and hands-on leadership.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in business strategy, operations, finance, or consulting (with preference for global or regional experience).
- Strong expertise in building or scaling organizations, preferably startups or consulting firms.
- Deep understanding of financial modeling, investment strategy, and business planning.
- Proven ability to design operational systems, lead teams, and execute growth strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and partnership development skills.
- Background in technology-driven business or product development is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — driven, resilient, and visionary.
Preferred Backgrounds:
MBA or advanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
Prior experience in international consulting, investment, or development sectors.
