Now Hiring: System Administrator at Flashnet Technologies Ltd

Flashnet Technologies, an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, is seeking a skilled and experienced System Administrator to join our team in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. This is a full-time position for a professional with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience managing IT infrastructure and providing comprehensive system support.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Managing and maintaining our internal and client-facing IT infrastructure.
• Ensuring the security and integrity of our systems through the administration of firewalls and security policies.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Implementing and managing backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Administering user accounts, permissions, and services.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in system administration with a strong focus on:
  • Firewall management (Sophos, Fortigate).
  • Virtualization technologies (VMware).
  • Backup and disaster recovery solutions (Acronis).
  • Microsoft Office 365 administration.
  • Active Directory and Group Policy management.
• A minimum of 3-4 years of relevant work experience is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
