Position: Expedition briefer Manager
Location: Kilimanjaro.
Responsibilities
1. Working with the front office staff to ensure that all guest requests are handled properly and in a timely manner.
2. Meeting and briefing clients before and after their expedition with helping them to solve their problems if any concerning their expedition and stay in our country.
3, To manage relationships with clients, by providing exceptional levels of customer service at Pre- and Post expedition, this may include but not limited to providing expedition gears, charging the client for expedition gears (as directed) assisting the client to preserve their luggage to the safe place and mark the luggage with client’s name tags.
4. Assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction and service recovery process.

Qualification:
A. Must be able to understand, speak, read and write the English and Swahili language with a reasonable standard of fluency (Excellent Verbal communication skills is a must).
