Job Summary:
Sumwood Furniture Manufacturing is seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts. The successful candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.

Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, online advertising).

Create and distribute marketing materials (brochures, flyers, product catalogs).

Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.

Analyze marketing metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Manage brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
Requirements:

Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the furniture or related industry.

Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems.

Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

Familiarity with furniture industry trends and market dynamics.
