HR World Ltd on behalf of our client, we are looking for a Sales Representative-Medical who will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals. Their primary goal is to educate medical professionals about the benefits and uses of specific medications to encourage prescriptions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Promote and detail pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers to ensure product awareness and prescriptions.

Achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.

Gather market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to enhance sales strategies.

Conduct presentations, one-on-one meetings, and group discussions with key medical medical staff.

Regularly follow up with healthcare professionals to answer queries and ensure continued product use.

Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market trends.

Ensure ethical sales practices and comply with medical industry regulations.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related field.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Sales driven with a customer-oriented approach.

Ability to work independently and travel frequently.

Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare industry.
