  • Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures.
  • Monitor security operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise security personnel.
  • Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities.
  • Coordinate security efforts across departments, including IT and physical security
  • Respond to security incidents and emergencies, providing crisis management support.
  • Maintain relationships with law enforcement and emergency services.
  • Manage security budgets and monitor expenses.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of security systems, such as CCTV and access controls.
